Day 28: Alicante - Pascuala, 347 km

Hello again! Yes, I'm finally back on the road again, after a very pleasant stay with my parents. Changed some oil, fixed some small things that needed repairing and have new brake pads up front, as I'm approaching the famous Andalucian mountains.
As for my self, I've socialized but also bathed in the mediterranean. Slow but very nice couple of weeks.
Now it's time for Andalucia. Somewhat of a transport getting here today though. Decided on a last minute whim to go via Jumilla, famous for it's wine. Yes, there were a lot of grapes, but not much else, so won't mention it again. Fun started as soon as I hit Sierra de Segura though. Spain has these square speed limit signs, white numbers on blue bottom, which as I understand it are recommended speed. I only wish I was able to reach those figures on the speedo when things start to get twisty...
Things is you never see further than the next bend and so never know what to expect and constantly must be alert. Made camp quite early today, but tired enough...
Tonight I'll be sleeping without the outer layer on the tent. You would think being above 1000 meters above the sea would bring some cooling freshness. Not so. The temperature is well above 25 degrees as I'm writing this at a quarter to seven. Nice!
For those of you who don't know what a Yucca palm in flowers looks like,  here goes!

When you get recommended a speed here, better take it seriously!

Lunch break

I came from over there...

...passing through here...

...and is going over there,  to the other end of that lake.
